Great tool for organizing. Everything in one place. Like the gratitudes and affirmation sections.
I am on my second journal for my second time. The key is to just stick with it and if you get out of the habit, do not get frustrated. Just begin where you are. The community support is great. Set goals and watch what happens.

Well laid out, very well thought out goal planning to help you follow the SMART methodology for meeting your goals. Paper weight is very good and does not bleed through with regular pens. Very happy with the Self Journal and would definitely recommend it.
